Shamrock Way founder Frank Shamrock has operated the Incarcerated Youth Program — known as Second Chances — for over 25 years. Students have gone on to become CEOs, West Point graduates, and community leaders.

What the program provides

• Educational opportunities: GED classes, college courses, and vocational training
• Mental health and substance abuse treatment
• Life skills development: conflict resolution, anger management, and job search skills
• Reentry planning to help youth transition back into the community
• Mentoring and support groups
