For over 25 years, Shamrock Way founder Frank Shamrock has run the Incarcerated Youth Program — known as Second Chances. The results speak: students have gone on to become CEOs, West Point graduates, and community leaders.

What the program provides

• Educational opportunities: GED classes, college courses, and vocational training.
• Mental health and substance abuse treatment.
• Life skills: conflict resolution, anger management, and job search skills.
• Reentry planning — a real path back into the community.
• Mentoring and support groups.

Second Chances helps incarcerated young people succeed beyond what they have known — giving them the tools, and the resources, to build a brighter future.
