Our Vision

Our mission: empower communities at risk — through awareness, leadership, and mentoring.

We do it by activating social and community programs that bring lasting change:

Support veterans, battered women, and incarcerated youth.
Create digital content that advances mental health awareness — worldwide.
Partner with great social charities: the National Alliance on Mental Illness, Fountain House of New York, Fountain of Life Africa, and HOPE Sports.
Train mentors and volunteers — many drawn from the communities we serve — to become social leaders.

Our vision was created by the late Bob Shamrock — leader, mentor, and father to many young men facing youth incarceration. #betheONE

Executive Director, Mentor

Frank founded Shamrock Way on the principles Bob Shamrock taught thousands of young men at the Shamrock Boys Ranch:

Do what is right. Help the less fortunate. Protect others — with knowledge, or with action.

Our teams travel the world to help communities and families in need — because everyone has something to share. Read Frank’s letter →
